RECERTIFICATION AND TRYOUTS
Tryouts will MOST LIKLEY be held Monday 8/23, Tuesday 8/24 and Wednesday 8/25. Times have not yet been determined but will be posted on the website approximately 2 weeks before tryouts. Visit www.greecearcadiacheer.com for details.
YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST BE RECERTIFIED BY THE FIRST DAY OF TRYOUTS WITH A VALID PHYSICAL AND ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ALREADY TURNED INTO THE SCHOOL NURSE. DO NOT COME UNPREPARED.

SCHEDULE YOUR PHYSICAL ASAP!!!
The process to re-certify athletes will be as follows:
1. Students will need to pick up the re-certification packet (medical form, emergency card and Rules and regulation sheet). The student may get this in the Ad's office, Nurses office, Main office or their coach to pick one of these up.
2. Student will re-certify with the nurse within 30 days of the upcoming season. The nurse and the athletic director have set up the dates and times for this to occur. Please see the list of these below.
3. The nurse will complete the re-certification form and distribute it to the appropriate place.
Check system:
ü Athlete brings pink copy to practice
ü Athletic office has yellow copy
ü Coach has emergency card
ü Nurse has white copy in medical file
REMINDERS:
ü ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT TO BE RE-CERTIFIED.NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
ü Physicals are good for 1 full year, to the end of the month in which they were completed. For example, if the physical was completed September 6, 2009, it is good until September 30, 2010.

* Thursday August 12, 2010 8:00am-4:00pm
* Friday August 13, 2010 8:00am-4:00pm
* Monday August 16, 2010 8:00am-12:00pm
* Wednesday August 18, 2010 8:00am-4:00pm
* Friday August 20, 2010 8:00am-12:00pm
* Monday August 23, 2010 9:00am-12:00pm
