WINTER SEASON 2011-2012

Please try and make payments in the correct amount of cash in a labeled envelope.  If you must send a check make it out to Kristi Quill but I will then have to go and cash the checks so I definitely prefer that you bring cash please!

Here is the cost list and the due dates for the money.  We tried to split it up so that you weren't paying for too much at one time.  If however you would like to pay for everything all at one time that is fine too.  The first payment i will need is for the bows, I am going to order them this weekend and pay for them myself so if everyone could bring the money to practice on Monday I would appreciate it!  Remember ALL fundraising money that goes on this season will go directly to the cheerleader, you can either put it towards a fee that has yet to be paid or be reimbursed for something that has already been paid for. 
 
Cost for Junior Varsity (if you have these items from previous seasons, you do not need to buy them again!)    
 
Due Nov. 28th:
*Bow- $25 (these are new this season so everyone will need to purchase a new one)
 
Due Dec. 2nd:
*Website Fee- $10 (only for those that didn't cheer in the fall)
*Program Shirt- $15 (NEW this year)
*Choreography/Music Fee- $10  (only for those that didn't cheer in the fall)
 
Due Dec. 8th: (still working out the details)
*Team Tumbling- approx. $100

 
Please purchase prior to our first game which is Dec. 9th.  I recommend getting the sneakers at least a week early to get them broken in.
These items are to be purchased from Premier Sports in the Mall (near 5,7,9) just let them know you are with Arcadia JV:
*Sneakers- $45
*Sparkle Lollies- $25-DO NOT dry the lollies in your dryer unless you want all of the sequence all over everything else in the dryer :) please air dry!
 
Due Jan 6th:
*Cheer Curls- $30-purchase from the wig store in the mall near Burlington
*Warm up with embroidery- $200
 
Due date TBD
*Fleece Jacket- $35 (same as last year).  If you are interested in purchasing a grey fleece please let me know, they are not mandatory but great to have!  most of the girls already have them.
