Message: Good job yesterday gals at Greater Rochester. Sectionals are in 2 weeks. We are in a tough division - no doubt. If ALL of you put on your 'game face' and bring your "A" game - we can beat anyone. On any given day a team is beatable. It would be great day for Arcadia Cheerleading to bring home a sectional title. You girls are both deserving and capable. Work hard for yourselves and Coach Pike -- you both deserve a sectional title to call your very own!

When you get up there be confident because it show's it really counts!!! You can see it as we sit back and watch. Confidence even if you feel like you didn't do well, just keep going it show the judges what you got!!! (REMEMBER all this when you were little and the crowd went wild)!!! Were there you might not hear us but will try, the louder we our you know you have done well and it motivates you!! Parents keep this in mind!!!!!!!!!!!
If you get a negative attitude and you won't listen than nothing good will come of it!!!
